How it Works

To invest in the rice fields, you must choose the number of plots(slots) you wish to invest in. The cost per slot is ₦10,000 only. The minimum number of plots to invest in is 10. There are no hidden charges. The breakdown includes;

Cost of land leasing (6 months)
Land clearing and preparation (plowing, harrowing and bed making)
Cost of seeds
Transplanting
Fertilizer
Harvesting

All these costs are included in the rates quoted above.

To Proceed:

Choose the number of plots you wish to invest in and earn extra plots on each category;

Buy 10 plots get 1 plot FREE on every

Buy 50 plots get 10 plots FREE

Buy 100 plots get 25 plots FREE

Buy 1,000 plots get 500 plots FREE

Buy 10,000 plots get 10,000 plots FREE

*Please note that the FREE plots are in multiples i.e. if you invest in 25 plots for example, you get 2 plots for free.

You earn 50% i.e. (₦5,000) on each plot as your interest after each cycle ends (6 months after). You get your capital (investment) and profit (ROI) paid back together at once.

Paying in installments;

You can also pay for your investments in bits as this is to help you invest in more plots;

Pay 40% down payment

Pay the balance of 60% within 8 weeks in not more than 3 installments.

Kindly ensure you complete the on boarding form in your user account including (most importantly) your next of kin information.

Referral Packages;

You can also earn 10% in cash or can convert same to investment if you refer a client. Just send them your referral link which can be found in your account. Once they invest, you automatically qualify for 10% of whatever they invest. If you want your payout in cash, you get paid within 72 hours.
